Welcome to the Molly Blue navigation page for pages 1100-1149. The page numbers on the right will take you to the other Molly navigation pages. The links back to the Carl Miller Poems and Cloudmonet sections are now in the bottom bar.

The comic’s pages are displayed in pairs, as you would see them in a print comic book, except on small screens, where the pages will appear above and below. The page numbers under the icons will take you to the pages indicated.

Molly Blue is an adventure/comedy/romance, set on an Earthlike world with two moons, with at least three species of intelligent life— humans, frogmen, and demons. The humans come in two races, who resemble English and Polynesians. The demons come in a variety of castes. Imps are small, overlords are large. Frogmen also vary in size, but even the oldest are less than chest-high to a grown human.

Our story recently: Chairman Li and the mayors signed a document certifying Agatha Bowen as Loma Island’s member of Parliament. Meanwhile, at the ship, Harry ordered an all-male guard to watch for ninjas. Some of the women objected, and Molly changed the guard.

Agatha spent the night on board the ship in Marcella and Kea’s room. This was wise, because when she returned to her apartment she discovered that the ninjas had paid it a visit and taken her ninja clothes and weapons, and even tried to seal her bank account.

The ship was followed by many small sailboats after they left the port of To’e, probably fans from Tenna or Ne’ao, but once these people turned back, four camouflaged sailboats filled with ninjas appeared. There was no way Molly’s crew could win a deck fight against sixteen ninjas, so they fired grape shot with the cannons to disable the ninja boats.

After leaving the ninjas behind, a storm blew in, eventually causing big swells. The crew furled all the sails except the spanker and one jib. Most of them retired for the night. Harry brought Monica to his room, to the distress of Marcella and Kea.

Molly’s adventure is at present unfinished and ongoing, so new pages should appear fairly often. Slightly larger versions of each page, 660 x 880 pixels, are available through my gallery at the Deviant Art website.
